                In order to facilitate fuller disclosure of "ALL" "School Client" finances, may I suggest that the Parent Teacher Fellowship - PTF - (plus any other School group handling monies) accounting records and transactions be included within their own portion of the central "School Client" QB System.
                No way am I suggesting that anybody but these groups continue to be in charge of said funds .... my suggestion has to do with the reflection of finance history/bookkeeping and disclosure.
                Further, that the SCRIP financial information regularly flow to the School Board as it regularly needs to be apprised of the entirely of the finances for which they are responsible .... even if these are auxiliaries of the School and a part of the School operations per se.
                Perhaps these reports should be made available to the School Board every quarter and at the end of the School Year.
