RE:  Christian BLVR (Believer) - becoming one                                                    Originated September 1999

As a teenager I became a Christian BLVR  (Believer) ... or I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior.  Please  Click Here  for some more info that might interest you.  If this is new to you, please let me share with you the following personal aspects:

>>  Acknowledgement of sins .... and that I need to have a Savior from my personal sins -

>>  The recognition that God's only son, Jesus Christ, died to save me from such sins - my sins separate me from God.which takes me to eternal damnation, or Hell.

>>  There needs to be a gift exchange --- a "gift giver" and a 'gift receiver.'' God provided the "gift" in Jesus Christ -- now I need to believe and receive this "gift."

>>   So I accept and receive Jesus Christ by faith and now I am ready for heaven.  Thank you Jesus for your gift and for becoming alive from the death of the Cross .... my qualification for heaven is as a gift receiver and NOT a result of my good works.

>>   And the end result is that I am a new creature in Christ Jesus and He then is my primary goal in life as I learn from His Word and serve Him.  Which includes telling you of this FANTASTIC " Good News."

As to the foregoing, please "Click On" the Bible verses that follow:  John 3:16  (God loved us so much He sent His own son), Romans 3:23  (all have sinned),  Romans 6:23  (the wages of sin) , Hebrews 9:27  (penalties must be paid), Romans 5:8  (penalty paid by Christ),  Ephesians 2: 8&9  (saved by Christ as His free gift),  Romans 10: 9&10  (confession), Romans 10:13  (whosoever will), John 1:12  (receive power), John 5:24 and Romans 8:16  (assurance),  I Corinthians 10:13  (when tempted).

Suggested Prayer:

"Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God and that you died on the cross for my sins to save me from eternal death.  I open the door of my heart and  life and receive you as my personal Lord and Savior.  I give you my all. Help me to be what you want me to be.  In thy name amen."

Becoming a Christian  BLVR  (Believer)  like this is the MOST important decision in your life ..... tell us about it !!
