RE: Example of a Financial Facts report Originated: September 2004
This scenario is within context of my helping a supposed couple named Bill/Jenny, via the Internet, do the bookkeeping of their personal finances as they utilize Jim Bramer's eEnvelope system. Please Click Here and get an idea of how I now help them have info to enable them to prudently do their everyday buying, etc.
One of the reasons that Bill and Jenny sought my help at this point in their life was that they were borrowing money unwisely and they had run up some rather large debts ---- that had nothing to do with buying a residence or acquiring a vehicle, etc. Some of it was even carried over from their College days.
So I encouraged them to monitor this info and receive at least monthly which would look something like this:
As of: xx/xx/xx

Tithe
$ 100.00

We wanted the report to show the three categories above , namely:
1> The amount of the original debt
2> Amount owed now, and
3> Information if any of the agreed payments were due now and has not yet been made.We concluded the best way to do this was to use an Excel doc and not include such info within the QBooks software as Jim suggests when you Click Here .
I can only be contacted Online at Brad@rpfin.org Click Here and find out why.
