We welcome you fellow Onliners to the "Home Page" of our website as we share via this "Onliner Memo" format. Please view the contents of any of the following links on this website that might be of interest to you:

Our objective, or purpose, is to provide pro bono (No fee charged) Internet resources to the Ministry Finance Team (MFTeam) of preferably Evangelical Ministries. Many of you reference this group as the Finance Committee, but we prefer to use the term "Ministry Finance Team," . This team minimally consists of the Ministry Executive, the Computer Bookkeeper, the Volunteer Board Treasurer, plus, ideally, one/two more finance savvy people.
It is our desire to be of help to Evangelical Churches, Private Christian Schools (plus their auxiliaries - such as Parent Teacher Organization - PTO), Christian Mission Agencies, Christian Camps and Conferences, and other Ministries who serve the Christian public. This is done primarily by providing "self help" resources, which includes making available Onliner Documents (via xxxx-xx coded Web pages). Let us know if you would like a specific xxxx-xx document in the Word doc format. We are also remotely available to efficiently have Online interaction with you. MINISTRY FUND ACCOUNTING and INTERNET/COMPUTERS (1):

        This whole effort especially includes the use of applicable Computer Systems, and the Internet, as you do the appropriate "Ministry Fund Accounting" in your management and dissemination of meaningful "Spending Control" financial info. Our foundational Online Document on the subject of "Ministry Fund Accounting" is found at 0041 .   Please also go to FinFax and BuxBox and learn more about the application of such matters.
         We have closely followed the Intuit's QuickBooks (QBs) products since their beginning and believe they are tremendous tools in doing virtually all of this. Please go to 0601 and read our foundational "Fund Accounting & QBs" Online document -- plus also please go to 0801 for information about QuickBooks (QBs) Online Edition (QBOE). When you Click Here you will find more resources about QBs as used by Ministries.
         Then please go to 0199   where we share how we coach a Ministry along these lines.
