APPARENT NEED :   

           Many Small “Christ Centered Ministries”  (those that handle $500,000 or less per annum)  need assistance in using the available contemporary tools and resources that enable them to efficiently have reports like those  Found Here  that enable them to answer this vital and essential weekly question:

            “Do we have money to spend this week for that agreed purpose?”

PERSPECTIVE:

            The “Board of Leadership” will have taken at least the following steps related to financial matters:

    >>  They establish the needed Financial Policies
    >>  They elect a “Board Treasurer”
    >>  The “Board Treasurer” also often serves as the Ministry’s Computer Accountant or Bookkeeper. We often use the title  "BeeTee".
    >>  They establish a Board  “Ministry Finance Team – MFTeam” sub-committee that  consists of the Ministry’s major Leader (Pastor, Founder, etc.) plus the Board Treasurer-Bookkeeper (BeeTee) and one other Board member.
    >>  They give appropriate consideration to the needed “Daily and Year End GAAP” matters.
    >>   And the finance reporting as shared in depth when you   Go Here.
 

PROPOSED  HELP:   

            They add a fourth member to this “Ministry Finance Team – MFTeam” and refer to this person as the  “Associate Ministry Finance Teammate” within context of the following: 

    >>  This remote / pre-approved / qualified / reliable person is utilized as they would an insider – not as an outsider – or this person would serve as one of your Board Committee  “Team”  mates and function accordingly.
    >>  As this “Team”  mate enables the Ministry to appropriately use the applicable "Internet Friendly" tools and resources mentioned above. 
    >>  Plus have a voice as to the appropriate Computer and software structure and system matters.
    >>  Give appropriate consideration to the needed “Daily and Year End GAAP” issues.
    >>  This  person would serve actively on this Board Committee for a specified period of time ---- often for as long as six months.  Then this “Associate Ministry Finance Teammate”   is available as needed at any time in the future.

“Remote”   features include the following:

     >>  Almost everything is in writing (most via Email) that is often structured like a "Question and Answer" dialog.
     >>  Ministry initiated phone calls that follow a specific written agenda.
     >>  Full use of collaborative resource software whereby all concerned simultaneously view the same thing.
     >>  The “Ministry Finance Team – MFTeam”  would be open to the use such resources as “Skype” whereby all can be remotely seen/heard  during a “Ministry Finance Team – MFTeam” meeting or otherwise.
