RE:  Email or Forum/Board participation methods                         Originated in July 2003

Today's "Ax to Grind"

A concern is that my communications have too many Internet links, etc.  Some Onliners have expressed some concerns as to their use as I participate as I do within applicable Forum, Boards, Interaction Resources  -  and perhaps even their use in Emails.   These  Internet links are very similar to what is done when you write an academic paper and you reference other related resources.  Or you write a book or an article on Scriptural matters and you reference other areas within your writing to the  applicable Bible verse.   Of course, when the writings are within Internet resources you can use links and access the full and actual original written resource.

Please remember to digest the entire document first (referenced as "centerpiece" below) and later access the relevant Internet links therein that I feel complement and/or support what is shared.
In no way am I attempting to burden you with excessive Internet links "stuff", but rather to assist you to make your own decision, within context, since there are times that the issue, in my view,  warrants more expressed perspective than what you see initially.

Since beginning www.bcidot.org in September 1999, in our desire to primarily provide Ministries/Onliners with self help resources, we have produced over 600 web page documents in furtherance of our purpose as expressed in detail when you Click Here.  Also click on Sitemap for another view of such resources.

No way are these the consummate answers to all issues, but I have had to deal with a number of finance and accounting matters during almost 50 years in serving Christ-Centered Endeavors, like Churches, Schools, Mission Organizations, Camps-Retreats and like groups as a volunteer or both as a Ministry staff member and then later as a CPA-Auditor.  You will find more bio info when you  Click Here.   I trust you also find information about  Jim Bee   of value.

Suffice is to say, most of the Onliner's issues are not all together new to me and I have already had to deal with many of them.  So I now use the Internet and attempt to articulate my view on that topic in writing and then pray that the self help materials that I place at Forums or within Emails are helpful and "scratches where you Onliners itch."

Accordingly, you will find that when I participate,  I usually have a "centerpiece",  one or more web pages that has a structure that is shown in our website sitemap when you Go Here.  Please access/digest this "centerpiece"  in order for you to best relate to the topic.  Many of you prefer to read the content direct on the Forum/Board and not have to click to link content or attachments, but I am convinced that this effort can best meet your needs as you read the "centerpiece" entirely and then do any linking from there.  Of course, every issue has its own special "flavor" and I attempt to personalize each response accordingly.  But most of the time the basic response is "linked" to one or more web pages and we go from there.  I trust the "linking" that I do is to the point and not over done.  Yes --  you can get side-tracked from your original intent if you try to read all of the link contents, so first read the "centerpiece" web pages in their entirety and then come back later and do more link reading as you feel necessary.

Of course, your feedback at  Jim@bcidot.org is always welcome.  I covet your continued interest and prayers for effective communication.
