        Be in charge of all matters regarding money, including: Recommend Financial Policies and Procedures; Subject to final authorization by Board of Leadership; Tasks related to this are:

  • Making accurate financial information known to those who should know;
  • Via an effective bookkeeping system and administration thereof;
  • Conclude frequency and scope of reporting

        At regular Board of Leadership meetings; To staff decision-makers between meetings; In annual report, conclude confidentiality of such info as:

  • Individual giving information
  • Salaries and Benefits

RE: Receipts

  • Method of processing of same
  • Security of these Funds
  • Giver/Donor accuracy
  • Amount and Designation

RE: Disbursements

  • Per authorized Budget
  • Salary and Benefits
  • Operating Expenses
  • Per Donor specifications
