 PURPOSE OR MISSION STATEMENT :  

         As would a fully funded and supported Missionary with applicable vocational skills,  Retired Auditor-CPA Jim Bramer  (also known as Jim Bee)  at   Jim@bcidot.org   provides resources,  primarily via the Internet,  to Ministry Finance Teams (MFTeams) of preferably Christ-Centered Entities, or Ministries.  Many of you reference such a body as the Board Finance Committee, but we prefer to use the term  "Ministry Finance Team"   as it minimally consists of the Ministry Executive, the Computer Bookkeeper, the Volunteer Board Treasurer,  plus, ideally, one/two other Ministry finance savvy people.

         It is our desire to be of help to Non-Profit Organizations - NPOs,   but especially to you Christ-Centered Entities.  Examples include:  Churches,  Christian Schools (plus their auxiliaries - such as Parent Teacher Organization - PTO),  Missionary Organizations, and Christian Camps/Conferences.  It is our desire to help them meet their goals as mentioned Here.   We also provide a few resources to individuals in their pursuit of   Righteous Personal Finance.

  FUND ACCOUNTING  via  COMPUTERS   

           Our foundational Online Document on the subject of "Ministry Fund Accounting"  is found when you Click Here .  This whole effort especially includes the use of applicable Computer Systems, and the Internet,  as a Ministry utilizes the appropriate "Ministry Finance Internet Friendly"  tools and resources in its management  and dissemination of meaningful  ""Every Day" Internal and "Year End Only" External  - Generally Accepted Financial Principles - GAAP"   financial information.  Please also go to eFinFax and learn about this accounting system whereby you go Online each week and electronically move Bank and Credit Card transaction data to your computerized accounting system that provides you with group "Spending Controls"  as explained more in depth when you Go Here.
